Rebozo for Birth
Naoli's original and traditional Mexican rebozo techniques
The "Rebozo for Birth" workshop designed and taught by Mexican midwife Naoli Vinaver, has evolved from her 35+ years of experience as a home-birth midwife, applying and evolving this practice into a fine art of amazing practicality. The use of Rebozo for soothing, embracing and relaxing pregnant and birthing mothers, for preventing and solving childbirth difficulties as well as for the “Mexican postpartum ritual of closing of the bones” will all be covered topics. Naoli offers her wisdom through these workshops for birth professionals all around the world. Midwives and doulas working at home or within the medical system will be able to benefit, bringing new tools and understanding into their practice.
Naoli's midwifery work with over 1700 births has given her ample opportunity to creatively solve many home birth challenges. From this, she has developed her own specialized original Rebozo birth techniques, some of which will also be shared by her in the "Challenging Births" workshop.
The “Rebozo for Birth” workshop is recommended for midwives, nurses, doctors, doulas, therapists, mothers/mothers-to-be and any one interested in deepening the understanding on these topics.

The Rebozo is one of Mexican traditional midwives' main tools for preventing and solving childbirth difficulties and Naoli fell in love with its direct, vast and gentle effectiveness. Naoli became one of Mexico's foremost Rebozo teachers and promoters of its use, as she began teaching seminars and workshops in birth conferences around the world, since 1993.
